At Victoria School we aim for high standards and expectations but sometimes things can go wrong when these expectations are not met. 

You are encouraged to share your complaint or concern with the Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher.

We are here to listen and want to be made aware of any complaint, concern, question or suggestion and will always work with you towards a resolve.

We encourage our parents to share these, no matter how small, we will always do our best to help.

However if you are unhappy with something at Victoria School and wish to make a complaint, our complaints procedure is in place to help and guide you on how to correctly make a complaint.

We do advise that all complaints are directed to the Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher who will be more than happy to speak with you and hopefully resolve the situation quickly and effectively.
